Massage Therapy

Every massage here is goal-oriented and customized.

At Thrive Integrative Medicine, we believe that an exceptional massage is where experience, skill, communication, and intuition all come together. Our highly-trained massage therapists will tailor each and every massage to help support your personal self-care goals, using a wide variety of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular and active release techniques.

What to expect:

Your session begins with an in-depth conversation to customize the treatment and determine specific goals. Your modesty will be respected at all times. You’ll undress to your level of comfort and will be draped with sheets and a blanket at all times during the massage. Your therapist will check-in with you throughout your massage to adjust pressure and technique as needed. It’s all adjustable.
